We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our community wherever possible. However, due to the nature of event planning and associated costs, we have established the following refund policy for ticket purchases to the SingularityU South Africa Summit:
Full Refund (100%)
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event start date will be eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund (50%)
Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the event start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Non-Refundable
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event start date are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to customer@susouthafrica.org within the applicable time frame. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 14 business days to reflect.
Please note: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for future events unless otherwise stated by the organizers.
